Class Types
Barre
A full-body, low-impact workout that blends strength, balance, and flexibility. Using small, controlled movements at the barre, this class focuses on toning muscles, improving posture, and building strength without added strain on the joints. Each class is instructor-led and designed to meet you where you are — no experience required.
Yoga
A mindful flow designed to help you move, breathe, and reset. This class focuses on gentle strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging connection between body and breath. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular practitioner, you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
Yoga Sculpt
A dynamic fusion of yoga, light weights, and intentional movement. Yoga Sculpt combines flowing sequences with strength-building intervals to create a full-body workout that challenges muscles while keeping movement low-impact. Expect an energizing class that builds strength, increases endurance, and leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
