What to Expect
Walking into a new workout can feel intimidating. We’re here to make it simple!
At Olde Towne Barre, classes are low-impact, instructor-led, and designed to meet you where you are. You’ll move through a full-body workout using small, controlled movements focused on strength, balance, and flexibility.
Your first class will include:
Clear instruction and demonstrations
Encouragement to take breaks as needed
Optional use of props (or none at all!)
A welcoming, no-pressure environment
Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can show you around and help you get set up.
What to Wear and Bring
You don’t need special gear to get started.
Leggings or capris
A comfortable workout top
Grippy socks (if desired)
A water bottle
