First Time

 

The first time is the one that can get you hooked, but allow yourself to start slowly and take breaks. Take it at your pace.

We cater to all fitness levels, ages and genders!  We have clients from age 16-68! There is no judgment in our studio and all classes are for beginners - just lose the props, drink lots of water, and follow some of our suggestions to take it down a notch.

What to wear and bring to class?  Capris or leggings, any top that makes you comfy, and socks. Don't forget the water, but we have bottled water for sale if you do!   

Should I get to class early?  Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class for a tour and quick tutorial from your instructor.  

What are props and what does "lose the prop" mean?  We add exercise balls, resistance tubes, and weights to increase the intensity.  We make them fun but we encourage you to drop them early on until you build your stamina. Try the exercise without the added resistance. Lastly, trust the process and don't give up.
