Instructor

Kate began her barre and yoga journey in 2019 as a client at Olde Towne Barre, where she fell in love with intentional movement and the sense of community it created.

Now as an instructor, she's passionate about helping others experience that same joy—offering classes that are challenging yet accessible, grounding yet energizing, and always rooted in self-care to help them feel strong, grounded, and confident—both on and off the mat.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, sourdough baking, and reading!
