Erin
Owner|Instructor
Erin loves barre. Like, really loves barre. A lifelong fitness junkie, she found her way to barre in 2013 and started teaching in 2014. What began as a workout turned into a passion for building a strong, supportive, tight-knit community of women. As an owner, Erin cares deeply about creating a space where everyone feels welcome, challenged, and celebrated — and maybe a little sore.
Her classes are high-energy, thoughtfully choreographed, and never boring. Barre can be your one-and-only workout or the perfect add-on to everything else you love to do. Erin creates classes that meet you where you are and help you grow stronger. And then there’s the cardio. Erin loves cardio — especially when it comes disguised as “dances”. Expect elevated heart rates, questionable dance moves, and that moment where you realize you’re drenched in sweat but smiling anyway.
She’s been married to her husband, Nathan, for 18 years. Their golden retriever, Mallory, will always hold a special place in Erin’s heart and remains the love of her life — a title Nathan has long accepted. These days, their home also includes Lindsey, their new golden, and Larry the cat. Erin will be the first to tell you she doesn’t like cats… but she loves Larry.
When she’s not at the barre, Erin enjoys sunny days, long walks with a podcast, snuggles with Larry, family time, wine with friends, the occasional book, and a good binge-watch.
