Dana found OTB in 2018 after trying just about everything from running half-marathons, heavy weightlifting to dance fitness classes like Zumba and Les Mills programs. While she loved staying active, she was really looking for a workout where she didn’t have to overthink it, something full-body, effective, and led by someone who could guide her every step of the way. She wanted to walk out of class knowing her time mattered and that she was truly getting stronger.
Barre ended up being exactly what she needed. It made her feel strong, motivated, and supported, and she quickly fell in love with one of the most inclusive and encouraging communities she’s ever been part of. Barre has been with her through two pregnancies, postpartum recovery, and all the changes that come with turning 40 this year. It has met her exactly where she was in every season of life.
She became an instructor in 2021 and can’t recommend OTB enough, no matter where you are on your fitness or health journey. This studio and these women have created a safe, welcoming space where she feels empowered to be the healthiest version of herself.
