Brennan Joy is a Flowood native and Clinton, Mississippi resident who believes movement should be fun, music should be loud, and barre class should feel like the best part of your day. Her dance background spans from the Reveillon Show Choir at Jackson Prep to the Laguna Social Tribe Swerve Teams at Mississippi College, giving her a lifelong love for performing... and performing with attitude.

She joined Olde Towne Barre in August 2024 and immediately fell in love with the challenge, the community, and the kind of burn that makes you question your life choices (in a good way). At the time, she was also working as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Student Engagement at Mississippi College, because balance is a lifestyle.

After just five months, Brennan Joy transitioned to an instructor while finishing her graduate degree and juggling two part-time jobs. In class, she’s known for her hype energy, nonstop encouragement, perfectly timed jokes, and arguably the best playlists in the studio. Don’t be surprised if she sneaks in a little karaoke on the mic. She’s here for vibes and results.

Outside the studio, Brennan Joy works at the Tell Agency, helping businesses grow their social media, but her heart stays right here with the ladies of Olde Towne Barre. She's cheering you on, one pulse at a time!
