Rachel started dancing at age 3 and trained in ballet, jazz, and tap for 17 years. In 2005 she moved to Clinton to continue her education at Mississippi College where she was a member of the dance team. Rachel still lives in Clinton with her husband and 6 year old son and she is very active in her community and church. She started taking barre classes in 2017 to regain her fitness and flexibility. Although she had tried many forms of workouts, none of them “fit” and she couldn’t stick with any of them long term until she tried barre. “Barre filled a gap left in my life when I was no longer able to do ballet.” Rachel looks forward to helping clients workout safely by using great technique, and helping them love this workout as much as she does!
